The Owner's of Team Jokers Racing, Mike Panico and Eileen would like to thank everyone for their support during the 2006 off season. Team Jokers Racing is happy to inform everyone that the 2006 car is now ready for its debut in the Nascar Dodge Weekly Series at Riverhead Raceway! “It has been a long 5 months as the team prepared this car” says Mike Panico. He would like to personally thank his wife, Eileen for all of her support, his brother, Larry for the 5 months of hard work he put in and for the use of his garage during the winter season, and Eddie G for all his help. When asked how he feels about the 2006 season, Mike just smiled and said “this being my 2nd year in stock cars and from what I learned in my rookie season, I believe this team is going to see victory lane this year! The 2007 season is just around the corner and Mike and Eileen of Team Jokers Racing are once again seeking sponsor for there Quest For Victory lane champagne. As many fans know Mike's engine blew up after 8 races in the 2006 season, although he tried to get a motor ready for the remainder of the season funds ran dry and sponsorship was not very good, so he makes another plea for support to fund his 2007 season Mike is in need of sponsors to help him replace the motor in the car and to help absorb the cost of tires and fuel. in his 5th year of racing Mike has spent a lot of time and money to build his racecar and he just cant do it alone .Sponsor Team Jokers Racing and be part of the racing community take advantage of the special rates he offers, it is the least costly advertising money can buy.

While speaking with Mike he told us he might not be able to run a full season since he has not picked up a major Sponsor for the 07 season,If you want to be competitive in this division each week you need new tires every other week says Mike Panico,and I just don't have the funds anymore after 4 yrs of personally financing the team its beginning to take its toll on me.

Mike Panico finished 15th, in a hard fought battle. After starting 17th and moving up (12th) he finished the day a happy driver. we cought up with Mike he said after the season we had in 06 (Blown Motor)it was nice to get a top 15 on opening day.
