Championship Dinner:
    The night started off with the laughter and banter of good friends. The food was delicious and the drinks were expensive! Luckily, Tom and Matt brought their own bottles to help the party along!
    Tom M presented the manager, Mike, with a plaque to show their appreciation. As the team members inspected the plaque Mickey Mouse jumped up and and roared " You spelled my f***ing name wrong!!" The team burst out laughing!
    All the guys watched in awe as Al danced with a team full of hotties. Their grinding dance moves made the younger team members drool. Who knew the cowboy hat would turn the girls on!! Pete tried to hide his drool from his father-in-law and was successful only because Al's eyes were on the young booty shaking in his face!
    Rob and his wife were a welcome addition to the table and were the only mature ones there! Oh and Louise was mature too but only because she's prego, otherwise she would have repeated her 05 antics!
    When it was almost time for Red Star to get their trophy, Mike thought it would be a great idea to line up and shake their hand. Joe jumped in and the saying "gotcha" was introduced which became the motto of the night!
    Poor Ed was the gopher that night and was sent to the bar on numerous occasions. He only complained mildly when he was asked to get the "girly" drinks. I think he didn't want to miss the action on the dance floor!
    Tom and Matt excused themselves to go to the bathroom and were gone so long that Ed, Mike and Eileen wondered if there was some "hanky-panky" going on with the brothers-in-law. They finally came back and admitted that they had helped each other "shake-it off" - little did we know what they had really done. At the end of the night, Eileen, Mike and Ed walked out to their car - only to find it shrink wrapped! " GOTCHA " they screamed as Mike was mortified after telling them "I didn't bring my car - gotcha"
Watch out guys, payback sux! PS I think Ed sh** his pants from laughter - either that or Mike did and blamed Ed ( as usual! ).
   On a serious note, we all think it was selfless and generous of Al to donate his own money to such a worthy cause (Autism) and to donate it on behalf of not himself, but of TEAM JOKERS! WAY TO GO AL!
    All in all it was a fun night and I for one look forward to '08!

In celebration of the amazing wins in this play-off tournament, I commend each of you for your dedication and hard work. You deserve to be proud of your outstanding wins during the play-offs.
To not only win EVERY game, but to MERCY every game was truly a wonder to see. Our team is a machine, with every player an integral part of making the machine work.
Today, each part of our team pulled together to show how a well-oiled machine runs. And run we did - all the way to a Championship
Pat yourselves on the back - you all deserve it!
I am truly proud of all of you and am extremely proud to call myself a Joker!
